This policy explains which personal data we process on Gartensaunas.com and why, in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

Quote requests

When you fill in the form, we process your details (name, canton, postcode and town, email, optional phone and your sauna wishes) to pass on quotes to you.

Sharing with suppliers: with your consent, we forward your request to up to 3 sauna suppliers matching your location and wishes. They use your details to contact you and send you a quote. You can withdraw your consent at any time by email; transfers already made are not affected.

Form service: the form is transmitted via the Web3Forms service, which sends us the request by email. Data may be transferred outside Switzerland.

We keep requests as long as necessary for the referral and follow-up questions, for a maximum of 2 years.

Hosting and server logs

The website is delivered via Cloudflare. When you visit, technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, time, page visited, browser) are processed to deliver the site securely. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Visitor statistics

To understand which content is read, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. The service sets no cookies, builds no user profiles and does not track you across other websites. It records aggregated data such as the page viewed, referring page, browser, device type, country and load time. Processing is carried out by Cloudflare, Inc.; data may be transferred outside Switzerland.

Photos

Photos are served from our own server; no data is passed to third parties when they are displayed.

Your rights

You can request information about your data and ask for it to be corrected or deleted by writing to the email address above.
